Sanjay Gandhi National Park:
India’s famous Sanjay Gandhi National Park is approximately 3 miles from CGS center. You can reach National Park in 10 minutes. The park is spread in the area covering 104 Sq. Kilometers.
Sanjay Gandhi national park is very rich in terms of flora and fauna, which attracts thousands of tourists every year. Tourists also enjoy the visit of 2400 years old kanheri caves, which lie within this park. The undulating green lands of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park or Borivali are just the kind of surroundings to which tourists would love to retreat for some moments of quiet introspection or meditation. The great views of hills, valleys, lakes and open expanses can actually make a therapeutic effect on mind, body and soul.
The Kanheri Caves are a protected archaeological site. The caves were sculpted by Buddhist residents. The area was actually a settlement and once served as inns for travelers. The word Kanheri comes from the Sanskrit word Krishnagiri which means Black Mountain. An estimated 800 types of flowering plants; 284 kinds of birds; 5,000 species of insects; 36 types of mammals; 62 reptiles and 150 species of butterfly call the forest their home. The park has also many endangered species of plant and animal.
If you want to visit National Park it may take anywhere from 60-90 minutes to tour the park. If you visit, Kaneri Caves, it may take anywhere from 3-4 hours.

Raghuleela Mall is a famous multi-purpose mall approximately 2 miles from CGS center. The mall offers vegetarian cuisine and Gujarati thali. There are many shops, games and entertainment complex within the mall. It may take one hour or so if you intend to visit the mall.

Gorai Creek, Essel World, Global Meditation Center:
Global Meditation Center is the world’s second largest pagoda located nearly 3 miles west of CGS center. It will take 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach the Pagoda from CGS center as we need to go in water-boat from Gorai Creek.
