Information you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, mobile number, optional work email, service interest, company, timeline, preferred response channel, best time, and any message you provide. Your selection from the Growth Finder, assistant, offers, or calculator can be included, along with the source page and campaign parameters in the current link. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or confidential documents.
How the inquiry form works
When you submit the inquiry form, your details are stored in the website’s inquiry database. A reference number is shown only after the server confirms storage. Authorized CGS team members can review saved inquiries in the protected database. Internal email notifications depend on the configured email service. Visitor report-email availability is shown on the audit page; an inquiry confirmation does not mean an email was delivered. You can also choose to contact CGS directly through WhatsApp or email; those services handle messages under their own terms.
What CGS uses your inquiry for
The details you send help the CGS team respond to your request and discuss the relevant service. An optional, separate checkbox lets you express interest in occasional CGS news and offers. It is unchecked by default. Your choice is recorded with your inquiry. No automatic marketing subscription or campaign is started by the website.
Interactive tools
The Growth Finder and calculator use choices entered in your browser. Their results are guidance and illustrative calculations. If you submit an inquiry, the relevant selection is saved with it. Nonpersonal campaign parameters and the entry page may be kept in session storage until your browsing session ends, so the team understands what brought you to the website. Personal form fields are not stored in browser storage.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, email, maps, social networks, and the Digital Growth Audit take you to separate services. Their privacy practices apply when you use them.
Cookies and measurement
Optional Google Analytics measurement is prepared for the company domain, cgsinfotech.com. It remains off on this preview website. On the company domain, choosing Allow analytics enables Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure page visits, contact-link clicks, and successfully saved inquiries. These events do not include your form entries or inquiry reference. Our measurement code removes query strings and fragments from page addresses. Choosing Decline keeps those scripts off. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer; the choice is remembered on this device for 180 days. Advertising consent remains off. Inquiry submissions use a hashed requester identifier to limit repeated requests. The hosting provider and external services may use their own cookies or access controls.
Contact about your information
Inquiries remain in the website database until deleted by an authorized administrator. For access, correction, or deletion requests about information you have shared with CGS, contact info@cgsinfotech.com.
